Malacca Food Hunting Trip

Last month, I’ve made a trip to the historical city of Malacca with the lovely bunch of people from Sunway. We began our trip from Petaling Jaya early on a Saturday morning, and we were in Malacca just in time to savour the delicious Nyonya cuisine for lunch.A few of my friends have never been to this beautiful, historical city, therefore after our scrumptious lunch at the Nyonya restaurant, Nancy’s Kitchen, we’ve decided to (re)fill our tummies with more food! For this round, it was the irresistibly delicious chicken rice balls.
And who can resist saying ‘No’ to desserts? After such a heavy brunch…and lunch, we still had room for the best Cendol in town! Trust me, I’m from Penang and the Cendol at Jonker 88 is undoubtedly the best I had so far ;)
Then what else, shopping of course! While the girls engaged themselves with some retail therapy, the shutterbugs were busy telling stories with their cameras.

After a long but fruitful day in the streets of Jonker, we continued our foodie expedition to Portuguese Settlement for their notoriously delicious crabs and ikan bakar.
