Gan and Jamie's Big Day

Please excuse the long hiatus. A holiday in Bangkok, work trip to Pangkor Laut and Pulau Tioman, and I also have great news to share with you! I've finally completed my Open Water course and is now a certified diver :)
In addition, I had also conducted 2 photography sharing sessions at Sunway Sports Club and YMCA. Met many new friends and it's such a great to know that many of those who attended the sharing sessions did apply the tips I've shared!
With so many good news, here's another I'd like to share. The cute couple, Gan and Jamie's big day. Here are some of the few shots I've chosen.

Peng Hoong & Eunice Wedding AD

Sorry for the long absence, I've been busy with work for the past couple of months.

I was busy with the Ramadhan month food review, then I attended the FGBMFI Asian Convention 2010 which was held on the Super Star Virgo Cruise in Singapore. With so many projects in hand, the main highlight was my inaugural sharing session on news photography. The event took place at Sunway, and it was a tremendous experience being able to share my years of experience with 25 PRs of Sunway group.

Among the topics that were shared on that day were:
1. The basics of Photography
2. How to ask your subject to pose
3. How to take pictures for publications
4. How can the PR assist the news photographers and what makes a better photo opportunity at an event, etc.


On the other hand, in early July, I was invited by one of the maestros of wedding photography to be part of the team of for Peng Hoong & Eunice's day big and without a doubt, I agreed. It was such a fantastic experience having to work and learn from the expert himself.

And as always, here are some of my favourite shots from that session.

The Newly Weds

Sorry for the long absence, I've been busy with work for the past couple of months.

I was part of the team that covered the Red Shirts Anti-government Protest in Bangkok, it was definitely the highlight of my career.

Anyway, few months ago, I was invited by former colleague of mine, Paul Choo, to be his official photographer on his big day, and without a doubt, I agreed.

Sorry for neglecting my blog for some time. I've been busy with work for the past few months.

I was in Malacca two months ago on December 14 for Derek and Caryn’s wedding dinner, and the wedding tea ceremony which was held in Singapore one week later.
