Dream Resort

It has always my desire to see that exotic Pangkor Laut resort, a private island owned by Tan Sri Fracis Yeoh ( YTL). Through a series of event, I stayed there 3 days at the resort invitation.

The Resort Built in 1985 on a private 300-acre (121ha) island, the wooden villas on stilts was YTL Hotel and Properties’ first venture in luxury resorts. Not only did it win numerous awards and attract many celebrities over the years, the premier resort also paved the way for the company’s global expansion.

First touchdown at the island, the first thing to look for are the food is because Food is always a astronomical delight at any YTL hotel. While there are numerous restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisine.

My favorite food are the Pangkor Tripical Pizza @ Royal Bay Beach Club, Crab Char Kway Teow @ Chapman’s Bar and etc. There are many types of villas and suites to choose from, depending on whether guests want to stay in the water or in the midst of the tropical jungle. The Singnature Sea Villas stand elegantly on stilts above playful waves.

Lovely Sunset at Emerald Bay, the breathtaking location for most romantic of ceremonies. Good place for beach wedding.

The infinity pool. The place u can’t miss when u visits the island, it will be a treatment at the Spa Village, and it begins with unique Bath House Ritual, representing various bathing traditions from around Aisa.
